Community Day Project
An Alternative Provision project aimed at Secondary Students in Years 9 to 11.

Students complete a wide variety of community projects throughout the year. These are likely to include tidying up gardens for the elderly, visiting day centres, volunteering in a charity shop, painting and tidying of community spaces, work with the fire brigade and many more. By the end of the year students should have achieved AIM Awards Level 1 Certificate in Employability Skills.
The project runs 1 day per week from September. Whilst students are booked on half termly, in order to gain the qualification they need to attend for the majority of the year.
