Charlotte Busby

Charlotte’s background is in primary education where she has spent 15 years as a teacher and 5 years as an assistant head at a large primary school in Derby. She gained extensive experience in primary to secondary transition and worked closely with individual children and families who were struggling to access mainstream provision. Charlotte’s ethos revolves around young people reaching their potential, regardless of social or economic barriers and she brings this passion to her role with Eagle’s Nest as she seeks financial support for all we do.
Away from Eagle’s Nest, Charlotte still teaches part-time at two different schools. In her spare time, she plays the guitar, follows Derby County home and away and likes to travel as much as possible.
