Project Lead worker
32.5hrs a week
£26,400-£30,300 (dependent on experience)
(term-time only will be considered, with salary pro-rata’d down for this)

Do you enjoy working as part of a team, both working with young people and supporting staff to develop? Do you have experience of working with those who have faced adversity and are struggling to engage with education and services as a result?
We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in this middle leadership position as we continue to grow.
The role covers a broad range of tasks, but is predominantly front-facing, with most of the time spent working directly with young people.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join this committed team who all work hard to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.

Project Lead Worker Job Description
Project support worker (casual contract)
£13.56 per hour (£15.14 including holiday allowance)

We are looking for two additional casual contract workers to expand our team. These posts offer flexibility to both the charity and the employee, with hours being agreed ahead of each half term from September 2024. The post holder will be working directly with young people and their families to support success in education. You will be joining the organisation as it continues to grow, with further opportunities possible for the right candidates. Project Support Worker Job description
Volunteer Grounds and Building Maintenance
Volunteer Mentor
Could you give an hour a week to support a young person over a 12 month period?
Our volunteer mentor team receive 10 hours of training before being matched with a young person to support. If you have the time to come alongside a young person without judgement, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We plan to run further mentor training in the Spring term of 2024.
