Duncan Layzell

Duncan has spent much of his career in the building and construction industry and has been involved in landmark projects, including London’s The Shard, the 2012 Olympic Stadium and Park, and the Gherkin. He brings a wealth of leadership, management and consultancy experience to the team, and thrives on helping organisations develop good practice, strong management and greater efficiency. More recently he has held the post of CEO for a Christian youth charity, giving him a good understanding of charity governance. Based in Hertfordshire with his wife Karen and grown up children, Duncan has a keen interest in football, managing a local team and enjoying regular visits to Watford FC as a season ticket holder.
