Jess comes to us with a degree in Medical Science and a raft of experience that ensures an excellent and broad-ranging skill set. After some time out to begin a family, Jess has taken a leap away from her NHS career to transfer her skills to supporting young people through an organisation that aligns with her faith. With previous voluntary experience supporting young people with additional needs, Jess brings a passion-driven patience to the workplace as she supports staff and young people alike. In her spare time she loves playing with her two young children and being outdoors in nature.
