Born and bred in Luton, Martin is training for ordination in the Church of England and will be starting as a Curate in St Albans in January 2024. Currently, Martin is the Safeguarding Manager at the Avenue Centre for Education in Luton. He has over 20 years experience in education with the last 15 years spent in safeguarding and working with young people with social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
Outside of work, Martin is married to Sara and has two boys, Joseph and Isaac. He is a Luton town FC season ticket holder and is looking forward to watching his team in the Premier League.
